Race Information

Entry on the Day

You can enter on the day of the race at the Trophy Room on the Showground from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

The 5 km Course

The race starts and finishes by the Glamorgan Hall. It’s an easy two-lap course within the  Showground, on tarmac and totally traffic-free, so it’s great for spectators. Bring the family to cheer you on!

There will be a water station at the finish, plus refreshments on sale for all runners and supporters in the Trophy Room after the race.

The course is well marshalled and signposted, and is suitable for runners of all abilities aged 11+. First Aid cover will be provided.

The Nerdy Stuff

Our course on the Showground has been officially measured, so affiliated runners’ times will appear on Run Britain. Race licence 2019-36717.

Car Parking

Please enter the Showground by the Livestock Entrance, off the A470 (see map). Follow the signs/marshals’ directions for car parking once you enter the Showground.rwaslivestockentrance
